I am currently engaged in my 5th year of study for certification in

Anusara Yoga. I have spent over 500 hours under  the guidance of  John Friend (founder of Anusara) and certified Anusara teachers Deborah Neubauer, Lynne Patterson, and Todd Norian, as well as Tantric scholars Douglas Brooks and Paul Muller-Ortega.

    By the end of May, 2008 I will have completed my first 200 hour Anusara yoga teacher training with Todd Norian in Lenox, MA. My plan of continued studies includes a Therapy Training with John Friend in Park City, UT, and a Level II Teacher training, also with John, in Boston, MA.
