Private sessions can either be in your home or in my own yoga space and are designed according to the needs of the student. These meetings can be used to help you establish your own home yoga routine, or to help the more experienced student go deeper and find more challenge and benefit in their existing practice. One of the most beneficial uses of a private yoga session is for physical therapy. The alignment, strengthening and lengthening principles of yoga can be applied to any number of injuries and conditions (arthritis, chronic back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, etc.) with remarkable results.
